La cultura tiene distintas formas de expresi\u00f3n y el ser humanos diversos momentos de relajaci\u00f3n y alegr\u00eda.<\/p>\n

Poder encontrarse con la espiritualidad por casi una hora y media es lo que realizan muchas personas en un taller de \u00abdanzas circulares\u00bb. que se ofrece a la comunidad de la comuna de la reina en el espacio cultural de santa Rita.<\/p>\n

Danzar en rondas, espirales y de forma circular es un arte ancestral. Es una manifestaci\u00f3n del ser humano, tanto a lo divino como a la naturaleza por su benevolencia continua o simplemente agradecer por estar viviendo los dones de esta tierra.<\/p>\n

Es volver a ser Comunidad Viva, amorosa y colaboradora.<\/p>\n

Hoy por hoy esta forma de danza es beneficiosa. Por los siguientes puntos.<\/p>\n

1.C\u00f3mo ejercicio crea una rutina libre y m\u00e1gica que libera a los presentes de una forma inesperada de pesadumbres. Cansancio y dolores musculares por su forma cadenciosa de bailar.<\/p>\n

2. Para la memoria su forma creativa y repetitiva de patrones en las coreograf\u00edas mantiene la mente \u00e1gil y despierta a cada paso y secuencia.<\/p>\n

3.Pude palpar en la sesi\u00f3n que asist\u00ed ayer como sus participantes eran felices.libres y sobre todo c\u00f3modas en lo que hac\u00edan ; involucrando cuerpo y alma al mismo tiempo y demostrando que f\u00e1cil y cercano est\u00e1n momentos de satisfacci\u00f3n y sanaci\u00f3n en la comuna.<\/p>\n

.4. La danza siempre ser\u00e1 una herramienta para unir personas. Para despertar al cuerpo en bellos movimientos mejorando la calidad de vida y el ejercicio continuo beneficia nuestro sistema vascular, g\u00e1strico y \u00f3seo.<\/p>\n

5. Danzar colect\u00edvamente es una magn\u00edfica oportunidad de unirse en comunidad y gozar de bella m\u00fasica, un agradable lugar y en r\u00edtmica y bellos movimientos y para hacer una actividad que nos saca por instantes del mundo r\u00e1pido y acelerado que vivimos todos.<\/p>\n

Invitamos a la comunidad toda a participar de esta bella instancia a nombre de este maravilloso grupo denominado \u00abColectivo de Danzas Circulares Santiago\u00bb. Estos encuentros abiertos son los segundos martes de cada mes.<\/p>\n
